Avissa Suites - Jakarta

The rooms are spacious and feature great amenities like air conditioning and a tv. I enjoyed the free bottled water and coffee/tea provided in the room, really nice touch for downtime.

The bathroom was on the smaller side, which might not suit everyone's preference. I faced some inconveniences like traffic noise from outside and a power outage during check-in that left the place uncomfortably warm for a bit. The breakfast was rather standard with limited options, particularly if you're not keen on local dishes. There were issues with cleanliness, including some maintenance needs like peeling wallpaper and worn flooring in the common areas.

That's a lovely modern and good standard place when visiting Jakarta for shopping. The room is reasonably large and well-kept and there are delightful views of Jakarta sky. The location is particularly good, within easy walking distance of Masjid Jami' Nurul Hikmah. Distance to the restaurant takes 400 metres.

Really digging the location! Super close to malls and the breakfast spread was lekker, with various options to start the day. Staff were friendly too, always ready to help.

Only thing was the room faced a busy road, so it got a bit noisy sometimes, especially in the mornings.

Hotel's breakfast was varied and great with fried rice and traditional food such as kolak and could satisfy any taste. Location: the property was not far from convenient stores and numerous business centers and nightlife. Found a place called Sari Bagindo, set near the hotel, ate there a few times😃😀

Consider requesting a microwave for your room, as some meals can be served lukewarm in the restaurant.

the room was beautifully maintained and it had a reasonably spacious bathroom. attentive and respectful staff who were always there to help.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from a local mall with plenty of shopping options, making it easy to find bargains and souvenirs.

One downside was the front desk's policy of issuing only one key card per room, which could be inconvenient for groups arriving at different times.

The room sound insulation could use improvement!!! Be prepared for some noise disturbances from outside, especially early morning prayers and traffic!!! The key card policy is a bit inconvenient, charging for an additional card is excessive!!!

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. Internet in room was very fast.

Upon check-in I was asked to pay for my entire stay in advance. Housekeeping did not replenish toiletries (toilet roll and soaps). Tv channels were limited. Breakfast was not so good - only limited selection of Indonesian food. Overall this hotel is fine for 2-4 days stay.

friendly staff...hotel is modern..rooms are perfect for the price..neighborhood is run down..no food nearby but hotel is safe..good security... dont walk around..taxi where u need to go...i would call it an 8 out of 10..
